These Terms & Conditions govern your use of YouTheChef.com and your purchase of our digital products. By accessing our website and/or purchasing our cookbook, you agree to these terms.

1. Product Information

YouTheChef is a digital cookbook (PDF) containing 100 international recipes. The product is sold via one-time payment and delivered immediately after successful payment.

After checkout, you will be redirected to a download page. You will also receive a confirmation email with a download link. If you lose access or experience issues, you may contact us at info@youthechef.com and we will help you regain access.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.

  • Purchases are processed securely via Digistore24, our authorized reseller and payment provider.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other major payment methods through Digistore24.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, which is handled directly by our authorized reseller and payment provider, Digistore24.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days through Digistore24 by using the support link provided in your order confirmation email. Refunds are processed directly by Digistore24 and typically completed within 5–10 business days.

4. License & Usage

  • The digital cookbook is for personal use only.

  • You may print pages or the entire book for private use.

  • You may share recipes with family or friends, but you are only allowed to print one full physical copy per purchase.

  • You may not sell, distribute, upload or resell the digital file or physical copies in any way.

5. Limitation of Liability

The recipes are provided for personal, general use only. While care is taken to ensure accuracy, we are not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions, dietary consequences, or health issues from following recipes

  • Cooking accidents or injuries

  • Financial loss or disappointment arising from purchase or usage

Use the content at your own discretion and risk.

6. Availability & Technical Issues

We strive to ensure access at all times, but cannot guarantee that the website or downloads will always be available. If access is interrupted, we will assist you as soon as possible.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
