Ingredients
- 2 cups (60g) fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
- Rinse the fresh spinach leaves.
- In a pan over medium heat, toast the sesame seeds until golden brown. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in the pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.
- Add the fresh spinach leaves to the pan. Toss them in the garlic and oil until they begin to wilt. This should take 1-5 minutes.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the spinach and toss to evenly coat the spinach leaves.
- Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the top.
